Refund policy

HOW CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

We do our utmost to inform you as best as possible about the items we offer. If the item is not quite what you had in mind, it can be returned in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. Of course we would like to hear the reason, so that we can improve ourselves in the future.

Important:

  • Items purchased in the sale with a discount of 50% or more cannot be exchanged or returned.
  • Check the fabric and color of slings without unpacking them. We charge €7 ironing costs for unused but unpacked baby slings.
  • Returned items must be unused, undamaged and in the original packaging, with all price tags still attached.

After inspection of the returned items, your purchase amount will be refunded as soon as possible.
We bear the majority of the shipping costs, which is why we unfortunately cannot reimburse the return shipping costs, so this is at your own expense. Please keep your shipping receipt until the return has been processed and the amount has been credited back to your account.
